- Follow topics: You can follow topics that you are interested in to get notified when new questions and answers are posted. This is a great way to stay up-to-date on the latest information and to connect with other people who share your interests. Below, Megan has maked the answer provided by Lynne as the best answer.

Gamification
Providing answers is gamified in Answers. Below we can see the badges that have been awarded to Megan for answering questions. This can provide a massive boost to engagement, by making people feel rewarded for their knowledge.


If you are an administrator, here are some tips for managing Answers:
- Enable Answers: Answers is not enabled by default. You can enable it in the Viva Engage admin center.

- Moderate content: You can moderate content to ensure that it is appropriate for your organization.
- Track usage: You can track usage to see how Answers is being used in your organization.
