Just a quick post to clear up a bit of confusion that you might have when it comes to trying to curate your suggested Topics in Microsoft Viva.
As you can see in the screenshot above, Contoso here have 58 Topics, with 55 of them being Suggested, or AI created. However, when you look a little bit further down the screen, it only shows you a subset, even if you are a Knowledge Manager in your organisation.
Here is the deal, the relevant info is hidden behind the more info mark.
You still need permissions to the underlying content to be able to curate the suggested Topics. If you’re not a member of HR, you can’t curate or manage topics that you can’t see!
